Please keep in mind that it typically takes our mail room 5-10 business days to prepare your Student Aid Profile Form (SAPF) for computer data entry. Once we have your information in our computer system, it takes 3-6 weeks to process and mail an SFRC package to you.

Please visit the SFRC's Target Delivery Dates link on our website (top) to learn your target delivery date. The Student Financial Resource Center (SFRC) packages have started to go out, however, If your SFRC target delivery date is past due, please contact us and we will put a trace on your SAPF.

Also visit the SFRC’s “USPS Returned SFRC Packages (Undeliverable Addresses)” link on our website (top).  If you find your name on the list, this means the SFRC processing division had a problem with your mailing address and the United States Postal Service (USPS) returned your SFRC package back to us. Please send an Email to info@studentctr.org and an SFRC representative will contact you to assist you.

If you need more information, please call our nationwide toll-free phone number at 1-888-730-2775 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. All initial nationwide toll-free phone calls are transferred to a local SFRC’s live operator message call center. Provide your contact information, along with the Student Profile Number (SPN) listed on your SFRC letter, and an appropriate SFRC representative will call you back promptly.
