Please visit the SFRC's Target Delivery Dates link on our website (top) to learn your target delivery date. The Student Financial Resource Center (SFRC) packages have started to go out, however, If your SFRC target delivery date is past due, please contact us and we will put a trace on your SAPF.

Also visit the SFRC’s “USPS Returned SFRC Packages (Undeliverable Addresses)” link on our website (top).  If you find your name on the list, this means the SFRC processing division had a problem with your mailing address and the United States Postal Service (USPS) returned your SFRC package back to us. Please send an Email to and an SFRC representative will contact you to assist you.
